Anyone can join the JAA if they are interested in arbitration and ADR and their membership is approved by the President. Please complete the required items in the membership application form below and submit the form.

In order to promote the practice of arbitration and mediation by practitioners under the age of 40 with an interest in arbitration and mediation, the Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA) founded the Japan Association of Young Japan Association of Arbitrators（YJAA）on October 21, 2015 under the JAA’s auspices.
